Viswa Durvasula

Dr. Viswa Durvasula, MD, is a highly-skilled adult and adolescent psychiatrist at Cookeville Medical Clinic RHC. With four office locations in Cookeville, Gainesboro, Crossville, and Sparta, Tennessee, Dr. Durvasula provides comprehensive care to all of her patients at the Cookeville office. She is currently accepting new patients.

Education has always been of importance to Dr. Durvasula. In 1982, she earned her Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) from Osmania Medical College, formerly known as The Hyderabad Medical School, in Hyderabad, India.

She moved to the United States to further her education and to develop her career in medicine. In 1992, Dr. Durvasula completed her Psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College (HBCU), in Nashville, Tennessee. She is board-certified in Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Durvasula is proud to be a part of the team of expert staff at Cookeville Medical Clinic RHC. She warmly welcomes all patients into the practice and she looks forward to serving them.
