Cookeville Medical Center provides safe and sound medical care sensitive to your unique needs. Cookeville Medical Center’s doctors, nurse practitioners, psychiatric counselors, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, x-ray technicians, lab technicians, medical assistants, and support staff know how important good health is, and we desire to treat your illnesses as well as help prevent them. Your health and well-being depends on a partnership between you and your healthcare team.

Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours are available for early morning or evening appointments.
Please call for an appointment when possible. This allows us to plan adequate time and ensure a swift visit with minimal wait. It is our goal to see everyone that needs medical attention. Those without an appointment will be seen in Urgent Care.
Occasionally emergencies occur at the medical center that requires a change in our schedule. When this occurs we will reschedule your appointment at a time convenient for you. Thank you for understanding.
