Breanna Meadows, FNP-C

Breanna Meadows, FNP-C, is one of the exceptional family nurse practitioners practicing at Cookeville Medical Clinic RHC, which has locations in Cookeville, Gainesboro, Crossville, and Sparta, Tennessee. 

Breanna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee. Next, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the float pool, working across the hospital at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She then went on to work stints as a travel nurse and nurse instructor. She worked at Tennessee Tech University Health Services while attending Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, to obtain her Master’s in Nursing Science (MSN).

After completing her board examination, Breanna worked as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) at Fast Pace Health until joining our team. Outside of the office, Breanna enjoys spending time with her two dogs and husband, being on the lake, and traveling.
